Below mid-calf or lower calf, has collar on band, slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, yoke with forward shoulder seams, very loose-fitting, blouson bodice with concealed button closing, elastic waist, flared skirt with one-way front pleat, side pockets and elbow or long sleeves with button cuffs.

Please note that the envelope is in bad shape, and see images. There is creasing, tattering, some tears and a good deal of soiling. It is heavily damaged. The pattern and instruction sheets are fine, and I have included images of those as well.
