High waisted, back zippered dress or top with bodice front and skirt front gathered into front band, has tie belt included in seam, shoulder straps and ruffle. Dress A with trimming and optional purchased appliqués, or B with ruffles and rick rack trim, has patch pockets. Lined panties have elastic in casings.
