Slim, buttoned or snapped shirt-dress has shaped yokes, collar with neckband, side seam pockets, top-stitching and purchased belt; pockets with buttoned or snapped flaps are optional. Dress A has long sleeves pleated into wide, buttoned or snapped cuffs. Short sleeves B are turned up and top-stitched.
