Misses Dress with Bias Skirt
Top-stitched dress has front and back gathered to yoke, elasticized waistline, and side seam pockets. V1 and V2 have bias bound neckline with loop and button closing, and concealed front button closing. V1 has three-quarter length dolman sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V2 has sleeve bands. V3 has contrasting collar, yoke and front band and concealed front snap closing.
