(A) costume with double ruffle at neck, bias tape and ball fringe trim. (B) Left front and back, smaller neck ruffle and half of hat are in contrasting fabric. (C) Large single neck ruffle is in contrasting fabric. Contrasting fabric patches.
This is a cut pattern. There is a small tear in pattern piece 1 that has been taped. All pieces and instructions accounted for and neatly folded.
