1974: McCalls 4136

McCall's sewing pattern 4136 for misses tops, unbonded stretch knits only. Pullover tops have puffed sleeves, A, B side fronts are gathered into shaped front. C, or D with flared sleeves has gathers in center front.

This is a cut pattern. One of the pieces has a small hole in it. Pattern is complete with all pieces and instructions neatly folded.
