McCall's sewing pattern 9778 for misses blouse in three versions. Blouse with long set-in sleeves and choice of three collared necklines. Blouse has buttoned bands sewn to fronts and sleeves gathered into faced, buttoned cuffs. Notch collared blouse has faced collar included in neck facing seam and faced fronts turned back to form revers. Patch pocket is sewn on left front. Other blouses have round, or buttoned pointed, faced collars included in neck facing seam. Blouses are interfaced where necessary and stitch trimmed.
This is a cut pattern. One of the pieces has a small tear in the center. All pieces and instructions complete and neatly folded.
